Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item has been unopened, unworn or unwashed and still in original packaging. A refund will be given less postage costs. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 30 days.

Faulty items must be returned to robio within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered including postage costs.

We can refund you in the following ways:

-         refund your credit card

-         direct deposit into your account

To exchange an item(s), please include the Returns Form and and we’ll assist you with further instructions on how to proceed. When an item is exchanged, you will be responsible for the extra postage charges.
